Standard Tioga reconditioning services include the following:
- Recondition all fire boxes and heat exchanger (as needed)
- Install new 8kW Kubota powered Mecc Alte generator
- Install a new Carlin 301CRD burner and controls
- Install all new Arctic Ultraflex premium arctic grade wiring
- Replace all fan bearings and fan belts
- Install main breakers and engine controls on front wall of heater
- Install an access door for easy service
- Replace conduit to generator and fan motor with Liquid Tite flexible conduit
- Replace all axle bearings, seals
- Install an electric fuel pump on engine
- Sand blast and paint heaters
- Install LED lighting, safety chains, fire extinguisher, wheel chocks, reflective tape
- Standard 2 year or 2,000 hour Kubota Engine warranty
