Equipment Source Inc. wants to support local, community groups and organizations as a way to give back the love to our communities. To do this, we have a sponsorship group that reviews each sponsorship and donation requests QUARTERLY. If you have a sponsorship or donation request, please read the sponsorship guidelines below, then fill out and submit the sponsorship request form completely.
ESI Sponsorship / Donation Guidelines:
Organizations we support:
- Trade organizations related to Equipment Source Inc. serviced industries
- Health, wellness, and outdoor recreation efforts for our community and military that leads to increasing quality of life
- Educational opportunities for representing what is core to ESI
We likely will not sponsor or donate to:
- Individual or sporting teams or events
- Legislative, administrative, and outreach efforts designed to increase the flow of public funds to religious organizations
- Applicants with incomplete forms or insufficient information
Key Tips:
- Sponsorships or event donations must be centered around an Alaskan organization or event.
- Sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event date.
- If your event is less than 90 days away, it will automatically be declined.
- All sponsorship requests must be submitted online.
- We do not accept paper sponsorship requests.
- You will be notified via email if your request has been approved.
