Sponsorship Requests
Equipment Source, Inc. is committed to supporting local community groups and organizations as a way of giving back to our great state. Each quarter we review sponsorship and donation requests and designate funds accordingly. To request a sponsorship or donation, please review the guidelines below and fill out the Sponsorship Request Form.
Who and What we will sponsor
ESI is open to financially supporting of the following:
• Trade organizations related to the industries that ESI services,
• Health, wellness, and outdoor recreation efforts for our community and military that lead to increasing quality of life,
• Educational opportunities for representing what is core to ESI

Who and What we will not sponsor
ESI refrains from financially supporting the following:
• Sports teams, sporting events, or individual athletes,
• Legislative or administrative organizations,
• Outreach efforts designed to increase the flow of public funds to religious organizations
Please note that applications with incomplete or insufficient information will be rejected, even if we would otherwise accept the application.

Key considerations
To increase the likelihood that your application will be accepted, keep the following in mind:
• Fill out the application form completely and provide sufficient information,
• Sponsorships or event donations must be centered around an Alaskan organization or event,
• Sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event date,
• Apply via the online form below. We do not accept paper sponsorship requests

How will I know if my application is accepted?
You will be notified via email if your request has been approved.
If your event is less than 90 days away, it will be automatically declined.
If your event is less than 90 days away, it will be automatically declined.
